Cannot Record

2.1.2 and Windows 7. Can’t record. Yesterday I ‘chatted’ at length with Kody and after trying many solutions, he parachuted in to control my software, worked on it at length, and finally had to leave as his work shift was ending. So…still cannot record. Can playback MP3s, etc. Can’t get Audacity to record. Checked all connections; seem okay.
