No Changes and suddenly refuses to record. Tried reinstalling Checked drivers. All settings appear as normal; WSAPI, Mic, Speaker/Headphones, Not set to auto-record. I have a tiny three words I need to add and then I can send this off to ACX. SO Frustrated and there seems like there is no way to find immediate help and I have to get this out yesterday.
In a post yesterday, another member figured out that after a month of problems, their microphone was having intermittent hardware problems.
You might try going old school and using the SoundRec.exe program to record the audio, and then importing it into Audacity.
