It downloads as an XML, and al the other files are NY. Windows 10 latest Audacity.

I THINK you’ve downloaded a Filter Curve preset… I’ve never used any of these but apparently XML presets don’t work with the current version of Audacity but there is a tool for converting to TXT. There is some information on [u]this page[/u].
