Can the input come from the sound card, not the speakers? Currently, using a microphone, the quality of the sound is dependent on the quality of the microphone

One minor item - if no sound, right click Speaker Icon => Open Sound Settings => Sound => Output => Speakers (Realtek(R) Audio).
