Can someone help me to find a needed effects?

Hello guys! One year ago I found a cool effect for the voice editing in audacity. However I can not find this effect again but I need it. I also don’t remember the description of this effect. However I have a fragment of the voice without this effect and with effect. May be someone can help me? Please listen to it
. I think that reverse and reverb are used there. May be something else and in what order?

It sounds like there are multiple effects including Echo (or Delay) and Reverb.
It also sounds like you reversed the audio before applying the reverb, and then reversed it back again.
