I just spent 4 hours making a song and when I saved the song the files all vanished, is there a way I can get these files back?

Also, you are using an old version of Audacity. The current version is 2.3.0 and is available via the Audacity website: https://www.audacityteam.org/download/

The bug has been fixed in the current version of Audacity, but unfortunately, projects that were damaged by this bug cannot be fixed. The overwritten data is gone forever.
