Break an audio equally and export as mp3

I like to break long audios, like four hour streams, into equal parts. I’m doing this by manually selecting each hour and exporting marked. But that’s not totally accurate. Is there an automatic way to break an audio into equal parts for export?

Yes there is

  1. Select the whole project - Ctrl+A
  2. Tools > Regular Interval labels
  3. set the Label interval to be 3600 seconds (One hour)
  4. File > Export > Export Multiple

Note carefully if your recording is slightly over four fours you will get 5 labels, the last one being a short range at the end, You can just delete this label (right click in it and choose Delete Label)
