Hi, my name is Hayden and I’ve only just downloaded Audacity onto my laptop and I was wondering if anyone could give me tips or give me some links to some useful videos. All help is very much appreciated, thank you.
What do you want to do? Audacity is a general audio production program and can do many things.

Yeah… There are lots of things you can’t do, so it’s a good idea to ask before you jump-in.
You can do lots of things like boost the bass, bleep-out foul language, or make a “mix tape” with songs crossfaded-together, etc.
Thanks for getting back to me quickly, I’m caught up on coursework so I don’t have a lot of time on my hands. I need help with mixing multiple tracks (mainly guitar, drums and bass etc.) To put together a finished composition for my music course, but I’m not used to using software like this yet.
