Bad Recorded Audio

Hey guys. I am new to this forum. I hope you guys can help me.

I am working with Audacity 2.1.1 and Windows 10.

When I record an audio track in audacity, it seems as if my audio is going from loud to soft to loud to soft. I can not seem to figure out why this is happening.

The mic I am using is:
Bad Axx 904-HSMCAMK CM40 Condenser Microphone

I have attached my audacity project, so you can take a listen to the audio.
Audio Project.aup (39.1 KB)

Actually, the AUP file is the instructions for the project. The actual sound is in the _DATA folder of the same name.

You probably have trouble with Windows Enhanced Services. Windows machines aren’t generic, do-everything computers any more. They come out of the box all set for corporate conferences and communication. Because of that, they also have default Echo Cancellation and Noise Reduction—whether you want it or not.
