Hi, I get a bad High DPI behavior with Audacity on my Surface Pro 3 on Win 8.1, meaning the buttons are super small and it’s really hard to use Audacity. I tried all recommended fixes but nothing worked. Now I’m asking myself whether Audacity has been adjusted for a High DPI desktop.
Audacity is not properly DPI aware nor properly tweaked for high resolution/high pixel density screens. We still officially support 1024x768.
I don’t know a great deal about this, but do I presume you have enabled "Disable display scaling on high DPI settings” on the “Compatibility” tab of Audacity properties and that has made the buttons small? And that if you enable display scaling, all the fonts are fuzzy?
