Background Noise Filtering

I have an Isochronic Tone, and I wish to use a background sound with it. I’d like to filter the background:

Regular Isochronic Tone: Beep-boop-beep-boop-beep-boop
Isochronic Tone over a background: (background noise)
Beep-boop-beep-boop
Filtered background: (Background Noise, pulses not noticeable but it works!)

Examples include: Magic on Iso-tones.com, the Tones->Recreational area.

Yea, I’m asking how I’d manage to incorporate an Isochronic Tone into a background, but PART of the background, not just the tone behind the background.
