Automatically delete selected parts of audio files?[SOLVED]

I’m using Audacity 2.x on Windows 7 Pro 64bit
I installed Audacity from the .exe installer

Hi all,

I have a bunch of mp3 lectures that all start with the same exact introduction. Is it possible to have Audacity batch edit these files to remove the intros? Some type of macro maybe?

Thanks

Use the “Trim Extend” Nyquist Plug-in https://forum.audacityteam.org/t/trimtrack-plug-in/14323/7 .

To install the plug-in, see here http://wiki.audacityteam.org/wiki/Download_Nyquist_Plug-ins#install .

Then add the Trim Extend plug-in to a “Chain” and apply it to the files. See here for help:
http://manual.audacityteam.org/o/man/batch_processing.html .
