Audio Setup Button is Unresponsive

Audacity version 3.7.5
I have rebooted my computer and restarted Audacity several times.
Audio Setup Button remains unresponsive.
I am unable to scan for attached speakers which work for others apps.

Found the fix: Transport > Rescan Audio Devices

That’s good to hear! It’s an unusual problem and I didn’t even have a guess. And I thought the devices are re-scanned every time you start/re-start Audacity.
