Audio setting for recording audio

Hi all,

I have recently downloaded Audacity onto my Windows 11 Laptop. However, I’m not able to record audio from the Laptop?

Example… if I’m streaming a radio station, I like to record it.

Anyone know what setting I need to change within Audacity and on my Laptop?
