I’m new in here and I come looking for help with an annoying problem I’ve had these last few days.
I want to record some songs with the laptops microphone, I had no problems with the first 2 songs, but then, when trying to record a new track, it happens that the first four seconds approximately, recording sound normal, but after that begins to sound a bit distorted and the sound decreases, as you can hear in the attached sample, it’s just the sound of the same guitar string over and over.
It should sound the same each time it is repeated, but it doesn’t, what I said is that I find strange that the problem is displayed in the same way every time I try to record, after 4 seconds.
The only changes I’ve made in my lap recently related to this were installing Audacity 2.0.5, who asked me to install the dll called Lame, but i don’t think that’s the problem.
I´m using Audacity 2.0.5, Windows 8.
