Audio quality is bad no matter which audio format I save it in.

I’ve tried exporting a song that I’ve been working on for a couple hours into MP3, WAV, and OGG. No matter how I export it, everytime it sounds like it is being played from an old flip phone. I have tried exporting the audio as stereo, mono to see if that would help with quality but it doesn’t. I have tweaked with formatting options also and that doesn’t seem to help either.

Here is an example below of a way I’ve tried exporting it.

Formatting options for file below
Bit Rate Mode: Variable
Quality: 1, 200-250 kps
Variable Speed: Fast
Channel Mode: Stereo
