Hi guys! Been using audacity for awhile but for some reason when I record - the audio is super quiet with alittle staticy noise as well.
I’ve replaced the cables, made sure it was stereo, ALSO moved the bar for recording/volume as well.
Never had a problem until now - and when using mic for everything else it works perfectly. Any ideas?
Make sure you’ve selected the mic as your Recording Device.
If you are on Windows, check your Permissions/Privacy Settings.
Make sure Windows “enhancements” are turned OFF.
Hi! Those are all correct and still no cigar.
Audacity IS picking up my mic, it’s just super quiet with alittle static in background.
I have my recording volume and playback volume maxed out. Can’t seem to figure this out
