Hi!
Is there any way to avoid having audacity refocus from a minimized state at completion of every imported file (or similar action)?
It’s very annoying when importing a large number of files that one cannot not mimimize the app and have it stay minimized until all files are imported. Watching them import is like watching paint drying… 
Is it possible to turn this behaviour off?

That sounds more like an operating system behaviour rather than something specific to Audacity, but I’m not entirely sure what you mean. Could you give step by step instructions to reproduce the issue.
Windows guy here.
I don’t have this problem on Windows when I “import” several files. However, when I “open” several files, each file creates it’s own operating system window, and this behavior seems appropriate to me.
