Hello, I’ve been using Audacity for a long time but I don’t remember having this problem, When ever I press record everything that im watching or hearing will be recorded, I have my stereo mix disabled in the speakers icon, I don’t know what to do, help

OK… What have you selected as your recording input, and what are you trying to record? Maybe you’re recording from your laptop’s microphone… That will record “everything”.
