I was recording on Tuesday, and Wednesday it refused. I replaced the mic, the cord, the interface, unplugged and replugged everything, and it is not doing anything. I am operating on 3.7.1. I have checked my settings, and nothing has changed. I need help.
Which Windows? Left to its own devices, Windows will try to do operating system updates and changes in the background. So you may not have made any changes, but that doesn’t mean changes have not been done.
There is a Clean Shutdown where you close Windows in such a way that it really starts over and doesn’t try to remember applications settings and preferences. That might be good in this case.
