Audacity- no signal

Hi, I’m a new forum user . I’m using Audacity 3.7.1 with a pc running

Windows 10. My bass is plugged into a Digitech BP355 pedal with USB 2-way into my pc. I’m not getting any signal whatsoever, although device settings are showing Digitech bp355 for in and out. Can anyone help please?

Have you tried using the Digitech BP355 with other recording software to confirm that the pedal is sending audio via USB?

Or try Listen To This Device to make sure Windows is getting a signal.

And, check your Permissions/Privacy Settings to make sure Audacity is allowed to use the device.

Does the analog work? …Plugged into an amplifier or headphones? If the analog doesn’t work, the digital isn’t going to work.
