I wa alway a happy user. Today a wanted to use audacity again but it dit not work.
I try reinstall audacity-macOS-3.7.1-universal but it dos not install.

First, I’d recommend to install the installer for your specific mac type (Intel- or M-processor), not the universal installer.
But this has probably nothing to do with your problem. I do not speak Dutch, but did you already copy the Audacity application to your applications folder? If not, you should do so - do not run an application from its disk image. Drag the Audacity symbol from the disk image to the applications folder alias, and then eject the disk image.
Then check, whether Audacity starts correctly - and let us know whether it does.
