I am just doing 1 minute, 2 track recordings.
It crashed randomly 5 times today! Can help???

What are you recording?
What equipment are you using? (microphone / pre-amp / record player / …)
What other software is running?
Are you recording into a new, empty project, or a project that has already been saved?
How much free disk space do you have?
First thing to try:
Have you tried rebooting the computer?
