audacity failed to set safe mode

hello,

my external hard drive disconnected while using audacity and I received the attached message. Does anyone know how to recover this file. I currently have Catalina

Have you tried opening it? Auto-recovery might work.

Hello,

when I reopened audacity it did not appear in the recovery log.
