Running 10.11.6 El Capitan
Audacity 2.4.2
Prior to Version 2.4.2 a stand alone plug-in entitled SubBass ( I think it was a VST .mdaSubBass) loaded easily and performed to expectations.
However, since installing 2.4.2 the only effect found and loaded hides as a sub-effect to SubSynth.
When selecting it, a window for SubSynth appears.
Am I missing a step?
WHAT HAPPENED TO THE OLDER FUNCTIONING SUBBASS EFFECT?
