Hey,
So basically whenever I go to launch Audacity, the Audacity Loading Logo will appear and then disappear, followed by a semi loaded in window opening and crashing almost instantly.

Try downloading Audacity 2.4.0 https://www.audacityteam.org/download/windows/
Run the EXE installer, and enable the option to “Reset Preferences” when it appears.

Unfortunately I have tried reinstalling and resetting the preferences will many different versions of audacity including 2.4.0
