Hello, I am brand new to using audio equipment like this. I have set up my Audiobox USB96; is Audiobox compatible with Audacity? If so, how do I connect the two?

It should work fine. Audio interfaces communicate through drivers so anything with regular Windows drivers usually works, just like any printer works with any word processor, etc. It MIGHT be class compliant which would mean it’s plug-and-play with the Microsoft-supplied drivers
The exception is multi-channel interfaces (more than 2-channel stereo) often don’t work with Audacity.
