Three things:

  1. On Windows I can’t open a file with Audacity. I can right-click an MP3 and say “Open With > Audacity” but it just opens Audacity 4.0 to the menu screen. It should actually open the file.

  2. I can’t use HOME or END the way I did with 3.0. I can map START and END to “rewind to” (how can you ‘rewind’ to the end of the track???) but holding SHIFT and pressing HOME does not select everything in the track up to the playhead.

  3. Opening a track with Open With, then clicking “Open” from the file menu on the title screen which Audacity mistakenly opens into, crashes the program.

Please fix these as Audacity 3.0 did this natively.
