Audacity 3.5 Windows Wah Wah

All

In a project I have a Track1 (my master track) of music.
I added a Wah-Wah Real time effect.

I duplicated Track1 and created Track2. (I call it Work1).

I thought Track2 is independent now.
But I find that turning on/off Wah-Wah effect on either track changes the on/off on other.

Is it a designed behavior or a bug.

BTW,

I have found that I will have to remove the Wah-Wah effect on one of the track to prevent this!! Obviously that is not what I desire. I would like the tracks to be “truly” independent of each other for Real Time Effects.

The same also happens to Reverb. May be this happens for all - but I have not checked it out.
