Audacity 3.04 Mac OS 11.5 recording output low

I have my Pioneer DJM900 set so I get 6 channels of audio out of it. So Audacity records,
left right out 2 tracks stereo output
CDJ2000(1) left and right 2 tracks
CDJ2000(2) left and right 2 tracks

I have my mixer almost clipping at the volumes but the recording volume on Audacity is very low. This was not the case in the previous version. Any troubleshooting help here?

How have you done that? Are you using an aggregate device?

Have you updated the DJM900 drivers to the latest Big Sur version? (https://www.pioneerdj.com/en/landing/support-for-macos-big-sur/)
