Audacity 2.3.3 does not load Ambeo Orbit

I’m trying to add the Ambeo Orbit plugin to Audacity to create the 8D effect and it gives me an error:
"The effect or command in … failed in the registry.
Could not open library "

what am I doing wrong?

This thread says that Ambeo Orbit can be installed, but doesn’t work in Audacity (this was tested by “Trebor” who has a lot of experience getting plug-ins to work in Audacity) https://forum.audacityteam.org/t/create-music-or-sounds-8d-with-audacity/51230/1

I just tried it and it works for me. I installed the 32-bit VST2 version.
