Audacity 2.1.2 Microphone Recording distorted

Windows 10 Pro 64-bit, Sound Blaster Audigy FX USB, webcam with microphone Logitech.
After switching to W10 I have problems with the microphone recording. After first opening of Audacity after system startup is the inclusion of language distorted via the micro. It sounds like Mikymaus. when I finish the program and Audacity again open is receiving normal. I had not W. 7
The settings are: Windows Direct Sound, microphone USB audio device, 2 Stereo recording, reproducing apparatus: Speakers Sound Blaster Audigy FX, 44100 Sempleformat 32-bit float, real-time conversion: sampling rate converter: High Quality, Dither: Shaped, High quality conversion: sampling rate converter: Best Quality (slowest), Dither: Shaped
Does anyone know what may be this distortion that occurs only after the first start of Audacity after startup (Windows)? ? ?
I apologize for my bad english and would feuen me if I could get an answer in German Spracher. The German-language forum could not help myself.
Thank you very much

So is it the Logitech USB webcam mic that is the problem?

Is the audio recorded too fast and too short? That is usually a sample rate problem. See Why is my new track out of sync with the previous ones, or sounds crackly or at wrong pitch?.

Otherwise you could attach a sample of the distortion so we could hear it. See How to post an audio sample.

Is it possible the distortion is in the SoundBlaster playback? You should ensure you have Windows 10 drivers for your SoundBlaster.
