Apparently, it’s an issue of invalid sample rates when they are exactly what they should be (44.1/48 kHz), so it’s a likely story that the device just isn’t supported here. I’ve tried all of the troubleshooting steps (that have directions for Mac users), and nothing else works. I really don’t want to buy a whole new computer and/or mic just for this. What else can I do?
