Asked for help didn't get it and now im leaving

hello audacity im a learning disable woman who asked for help with installing my recording setup a few weeks ago unfortunately I couldn’t get the help I need and now I can’t set up my sounds and my turntable is fine , unfortunately audacity you’ve lost a customer. I have updated my computer to 15.1 and nothings changed I am FURIOUS at you for not being able to help me and unfortunately audacity you’ve lot a customer. please keep in mind for future reference that people aren’t always going to be rocket scientists. right now you haven’t given me the help I needed and now you’ve lost a customer. im sorry but I can’t understand what you are saying anymore. I have given you the time you needed but ive just gotten messages with a 9986 error opening message. which I don’t understand at all. so im giving up on you, I need a usb external device and its not working I tried putting in a new cord and it didn’t work so I can’t do anything more good bye audacity its over between us try to keep in mind sometimes that less is more. not everyone has the brains to understand
