applying the properties of one audio file to another

Hi,

My windows version = Win 7 professional; audacity version = 2.0.6 and obtained the installer via zip.

Problem Description: I have 2 audio files (for eg. A1 and A2 recorded by different males) that are to be used in a call centre IVR. A1 is recorded with a decent quality but A2 is not upto the mark. Hence i want to apply the same characteristics of A1 to A2. Please suggest how i can achieve this
