i cannot in the manual find infos on ANALYSE

Do you mean the Analyze menu? http://manual.audacityteam.org/o/man/analyze_menu.html

If you mean the “Sample Analyze Nyquist Plug-in”, then that is just a test/demonstration plug-in. It just marks the start and end of the selection (nothing useful). It will be removed from later versions of Audacity.
