I have downloaded the openvino plugin and in preferences enabled it. I wish to use the transcription option called Whisper and open an mp4 file. I do not know how to download it or whereit is how do I download it.

If you only want to transcribe 1 MP4 file, there are lots of places on the web that can do that for you easier than with Audacity. Google: MP4 Transcription
