Advanced Fade and other options not available?

Hi, I just installed Audacity 3.7.4 on two machines (Win 64 bit, PC and notebook). On the notebook, the Advanced Fade option and some others are not available.

Anyone knows how this can be solved? Thanx

It might be something optional and possibly 3rd party.

I have Adjustable Fade but not Advanced Fade.
