adding 3 seconds of silence between tracks? [SOLVED]

Hi All.

I have some music quizes recorded but they are back to back recordings. Is there a simple way of adding 3 or 4 seconds of silence between the tracks; to give me chance to pause the play?

Please bear in mind I’m a complete newby :confused:

Click in the waves where you want the start of the first pause to be.

Generate > Silence and choose 3 seconds.

Edit > Copy or CTRL + C.

Click in the waves where you want the start of the next pause to be.

Edit > Paste or CTRL + V.

Continue by clicking then pasting.
