Home users have problems passing ACX Noise. Noise isn’t any one thing and can come from several different places. If you really win the lottery, you can have several different problems at once.

Do Not process anything. No filters, effects, or adjustments. Record, stop, cut it for length if needed, File > Export WAV, and post it on the forum. It doesn’t matter if you cut some words off. You’re not reading for a theater award.
