About Variable MP3 in audacity 2.2.2

Hello,

I’m using audacity 2.2.2 and lame_enc.dll file version 3.99.2.5 or product version 3.99 release 5. In Variable MP3 which is do you think better quality to use, Standard or Fast when exporting from FLAC to MP3? I’m already try it out myself but I’m not sure about it. That’s why I want some second opinion. Thank you.
