I am a new user of Audacity and I have difficulty recording an audio track as well as a video I have been playing on a web site. In fact, there is no possibility for me to download the track or videos of my English online courses. So I want to record the audio courses and videos with audacity and get the files in my system in order to practice off line.
I will be glad to find my problem solved with the assistance of the forum.

Audacity will not record on-line video. Worse,it may conflict with video recording software if both of them are running at the same time.

If your computer is fast enough you may be able to record audio and video together using screen recording software.
