I’m going to post something that’s uncomfortable with writing at the forum recently!
Because I want to attach a .PNG file, I have failed to upload “.PNG” files using the following “Attachments”>“Add files”…
Is the file too large? Hmm… I tried to upload the png file with a capacity of 38 kb but there was an error…
Is there any better way to attach some pictures?? Please tell me…
PNG and JPG files are both allowed in forum posts.
If a file upload is too big, there is a message from the forum software that says it is too big.
If the upload fails and there is no error message, then the problem may just be due to network congestion (poor Internet connection to the forum).

I think it’s still a 2MB limit for a submission. In the case of sound, that works out to be about 20 seconds of mono WAV. You can do much better with MP3, but the compression distortion means we can’t do accurate diagnosis on your submission.
Same thing with .png and .jpg.
There may also be restrictions for graphic size. If you have a very high resolution monitor and do a screen grab, nobody is going to see the whole picture on the forum. The recommended maximum picture size is 650 pixels wide and 500 pixels tall.
Like this.
In the case of Windows and some Macs, you may not be seeing the whole filename and you only think you’re sending a .png or .jpg. Go into Windows setups and force it to stop hiding filename extensions.
