Unlike Audacity 3.0, there is no way at the export stage to export so that each chapter is a separate file. This is an essential feature for creation of audio books.

If you’re talking about “Export Multiple”, yes, that function is currently missing in Audacity 4.
It looks like the team knows this and might be inclined to implement it. From the changelog for Audacity 4: “Audacity 4 ships with some missing exporting and rendering features”.
Are you really still using Audacity 2.0? You’re missing a lot of improvements found in Audacity 3.
