a nvda feature request for audacity version 3.2.5

greetings, I am using windows 10 professional and updated to audacity version 3.2.5 that just came out. I noticed that as a blind person, you have to use windows narrator because latest nvda will not speak the audacity stuff in the program. I use nvda as my primary screen-reader, and it would be nice if nvda could be made accessible with audacity or an addon developed that will allow nvda to work properly with audacity 3.2.5 thanks.

Here is an Audacity guide for visually impaired users by David Bailes: Audacity 3.2.3 to 3.2.5 Guide (Note that 3.2.4 and 3.2.5 are maintenance releases and contain no new features). David has been a key force over the years in keeping Audacity visually accessbile. Here is another resource: Accessibility - Audacity Manual

I don’t know if there is a keyboard shortcut for the Audio Setup button, which you were asking about elsewhere. However, the same functionality is available via Edit > Preferences > Devices. Also, you can customize these functions into your own keyboard shortcuts via four “Device - Change” functions for each of “Audio Host”, “Playback Device”, “Recording Device”, and “Recording Channels”.
