3.7.1 update stoped my usb turmtable being heard on PC and Blutooth speaker

Before I update from 3.7.0 to 3.7.1 my 1 by one USB turntable was coming through my PC or my Blu-tooth speakers, when playing, but after I update to 3.7.1 no sound is coming through either speakers. I do get audio because I see the audio indicator moving but I get nothing from the speakers. I changed PLAYBACK IN audio settings to all of the 4 options and no sound comes from any speakers.HELP!

Make sure Audible input monitoring is turned on.

Or if you also don’t hear anything when playing-back, the playback volume slider is “hidden” under the playback meters.

Thanks. Yes the audio is correctly set and I do hear the recording fine when I play it back. But while I am recording, nothing comes out of any speaker -I even changed the out put settings to all available options and still nothing during recording.
