I was working with 3 separate projects open, which I normally do without any problem. While moving a track up in the track order I accidentally clicked on the balance, moving it to the right channel from the center. When I clicked on it to correct it, it took me another open Audacity project. I tried it many times and the same thing happened. This was with 3.6.1, which I’d just started using. This problem doesn’t happen with 3.3.3, the last stable version I have/use.
I can’t reproduce this on W11 with 3.6.1
