3.4.2 can no longer save MP3 at preset/fixed 96kbps

Since getting the automatic update to 3.4.2 I can no longer save audio files as MP3 at preset/fixed 96kbps.

Any help or advice please?

  1. Set the Bit Rate Mode to Constant

  2. Set the Quality to 96 kbps
