3.3.3 not recording. getting error

Hi there, I’m using v3.3.3 and I’m getting as error code -9999 Error opening recording device. My mic is available and selected in the Audio set up/recording device drop down and I’ve tested the mic with the recording software that comes with my HP laptop with no issues. Is there a known error?

Yeah. And the software is updated. I’ll uninstall and reinstall.

Sometimes changing hosts (MME, WASAPI) can help.
