2 channel spectral analysis

I am using 2.0.5 on Win 7 64 bit. I am interested in performing 2 channel spectral analysis on some signals. Cross spectral analysis as well as coherence. Coherence is related to cross correlation in the time domain. Are there any plug-ins available or in development that do this? Are there any plans to develop this type of analysis? Also some simple single channel analysis like octave or third octave analysis would be nice. Please send me any useful links. My search of posts here returned nothing on cross spectra.

If you use Analyze > Plot Spectrum and use the Spectrogram views on the Track Drop-Down Menu you can see the current features.
